Check your Graphics API settings, it should be set at DirectX 11. If that doesn't help, try verify game files. Don't forget to turn off the antivirus and possible programs that interfere with inject of menu.

Unload menu by pressing button on your keyboard, then re-inject it in game. If that doesn't work, delete the default.json configuration file in the directory where you first ran the launcher. Some functions may cause an error.
